RETURN POLICY:
Sometimes Samtola gets broken during shipment. In that case, we always send everyone a new mugdar.
But there are some conditions
1. Always Make an unboxing video from the start, so we can see that Samtola gets broken during shipment, not by you.
2. Within 12 hrs of receiving your Samtola, send video on pfssemugdarbaaj@gmail.com
Otherwise, your broken mugdar will not be replaced.
If we find any defect that needs replacement/refund, We will contact you for a replacement/refund.
REFUND POLICY:
If we are not able to deliver the Samtola, after multiple attempts, a full refund will be issued.
